Do you ship to my area?
We currently ship Canada Wide. All shipping and tracking information is processed with Canada Post. Processing takes approximately 1-4 business days. Tracking numbers will be emailed when the order has been fulfilled. Shipping within Canada typically takes 3-9 business days.

What if I have an issue with my order?

How much is shipping?
Our shipping rates are provided to us by our shipping service providers and it can vary depending on the weight and distance we are shipping to.
Do you offer returns, refunds or exchanges? Due to the nature of our products, all products are final sale. There will be no exchanges, returns or refunds.

Do you test your products on animals?
No. We are committed to developing cruelty-free natural products.


What is in our skin care products?
We have multiple products available. The majority of our products are based from natural oils, butters and herbs. Our products include fragrance oils that are paraben-free and phthalate-free which makes them safer for you and the environment. Contact our customer service team to find out more details about our ingredients.


What is crystal- infused bath and body products?
Each product comes with natural healing crystals, that you can collect before or after each usage. Each crystal comes with its own healing properties. Use the spatula provided to collect your crystals, collect them and use them for healing purposes. Our crystals sit on the top of our product, in our bath scrubs and body butters. For our bath teas, the crystals typically sit at the bottom.


How should I store my body butter?
Since our body butters are made with natural ingredients and without preservatives, they should be stored in a cool dry place. You should not expose the product to direct sunlight. Doing so can cause the product to melt.


My body butter melted, is something wrong?
If your body butter is exposed to high temperatures, which can happen during shipping, the body butter may melt. If this happens, place the body butter in a cool dry place and it will solidify again. It may not have the creamy whipped consistency, but it will still be soft and easy to use.

Is your product for everyone?

Yes! Men, women, and children, ethnicities, and skin types. We use natural ingredients, along with fragrance oils. We also have an unscented option for those who may have skin allergens. Please read each of the ingredients carefully to ensure they don’t contain ingredients you may be allergic to. We recommend that you always do a patch test with new skincare products, and discontinue use if you notice any skin irritations.

What is the shelf life of the body butters?

If stored correctly, the shelf life after opening is typically 9-10 months.


Will there be more products?

Yes! Xubriance Ltd. is all about natural healing that creates bath and body products, but we hope to expand into crystals, homeware, cleansing tools, and other healing products that will help you with your healing journey.
